Baby It's Cold Outside!

The UK is currently in the midst of a big freeze, many people are saying they have never known snow and ice like it before. Personally I've been doing my best to hide in the house, at times it's been -15C outside and it's just too cold. We have such erratic weather here that we're never quite prepared when the snow starts to fall. Thankfully after a week I have now started receiving post again and become a fan of Polar Fleece. So today I thought I would share a few pics of snow and icicles taken over the last few days. After all when everything grounds to a halt all that's left to do is wait for the thaw and enjoy the scenery.

The garden was a no go area as the snow came over the top of adult wellies, let alone a child's.

 Some impressive icicles, at least impressive if one doesn't drop off when someone is beneath it!
